A training manager simply picks and mixes which courses to deliver to which group of users. The trainer arranges these courses into different streams such as Bronze, Silver, Gold or by job description, practice group or department.
Different assessment strategies can be attached to each group, offering increasing levels of difficulty as appropriate for the target audience.
Results and progress are recorded both for the student and the training managers. These can be compiled into detailed reports to show Return on Investment and User Skill Improvement. |
