Users can access Just In Time help by searching on the required topic and gaining access precisely to the part of the training they need, when they need it.

    Help Desk can e-mail the URL to the part of the training that the user requires.  This consolidates the answer given verbally, gives a good image of the Help Desk and encourages the user to be self-sufficient next time around.
