New Dashboard
Users have an overview of their training as soon as they access the system. Users can perform a quick search for any courses, see upcoming classroom events, see if they have been assigned any mandatory training and view relevant training news messages.

Single Interface
The Learning Core has a single user interface; there is no separate Manager module to learn. Your security permissions determine which 'Action' items are displayed on the left hand side of the screen. A 'Standard' user will have a limited view; however, a trainer or manager will see Add Class, Add Course, Add Trainer, etc.
This increases the ease of using the system and reduces the time to create and manage training.
Enhanced Branding
While many systems allow you to upload a logo and modify the colours, The Learning Core also allows for URL branding. The LMS web address that your users see can contain your company name, reducing confusion and re-emphasising your brand.
Auto-Login & Self-Registration
The Learning Core provides both auto login from secure websites and systems even if we host your LMS instance. In addition, users can self-register, which is very useful for organisations that do not know who the users may be (e.g. visitors to a site requiring authentication before login or external parties subscribing for training services).
Robust Calendar System
No more lengthy wizards! You can schedule training events in a single interface where the system will check for conflicts and you will have the ability to schedule one event with multiple locations and also include webinar information.
Access to External Material or Systems
A course module can also be a URL, which can link the user to material stored anywhere on the net. For example access can be provided to files stored in MS SharePoint or video content on YouTube.
Automation
You can reduce the time to manage users by using the auto assign feature. Creating auto assign rules based on job titles, user profiles, start date, etc., means new users added to the LMS will automatically be assigned the correct e-learning modules.
Relevance
With The Learning Core, you can create relevance groups based on job titles, practice areas, start date, location and more. Relevance groups can be assigned to courses and classes so that the user can search for courses relevant to their role.
You can also deploy training news messages to the Users Home Page based on relevance.
