Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!

This week’s blog comes from Team TutorPro HQ and we have some exciting news to share!  Thanksgiving is quickly approaching, and we certainly have plenty to be thankful for, including the expansion of our Client Success Team in our new Atlanta office.

Julie Campbell

Julie is our new Client Success Manager. She will be responsible for product training, documentation and supporting Client Family Members during the onboarding and implementation phase.  Julie is a native Georgian who has spent the bulk of her career supporting clients for startup software development companies across the country.  Julie enjoys advocating for and training clients,  as well as addressing challenging problems and using world-class, innovative software to build lasting solutions for all clients. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful family (including her first grand-daughter!) and getting creative by directing community theatrical productions and singing in her local community chorus.

Julie says:

“I’m so excited to join the TutorPro family where my philosophy for product excellence and treating clients as family is matched. I can’t wait to start meeting clients, building new relationships and see what the future brings.”

Nikki Pope

Nikki joins the team as our new Business Development Manager. She will be responsible for building our Client Family, managing existing Client Family accounts, and working with the team on our marketing strategy.  Originally from the UK, Nikki has held roles with TransUnion, TSYS and NetSpend in Sales, Account & Relationship management capacities during her 20-year career span. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, checking out new Atlanta restaurants, meeting new people and spending time at the park with her dog!

Nikki says:

“I’m thrilled to be a part of Team TutorPro. I’m really looking forward to partnering and supporting the TutorPro Client Family!”

Xavier Campbell

Last but not least, we have Xavier! Many of our Client Family will have already spoken to Xavier, our Software Support Specialist.  Xavier is our awesome military Veteran. who completed 9 years of military service for the U.S. Navy. During his service, he had the opportunity to travel to Italy, two different parts of Africa, Japan, and California. He is multi-lingual and speaks 4 different languages, his favorite being French, where he offered translation services while stationed in Africa. Xavier is the proud father of 5 beautiful children, 3 boys and 2 girls, ages 5 months to 10 years old. His love of math and technology have steered him towards a passion for science since he is a fan of information. Xavier is extremely ambitious and goal-oriented.  Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Information Systems Management and hopes to have his CompTIA Sec + Certification in early 2019.

Xavier says:

“As a Support Specialist for Team TutorPro, and the usual first point of contact for our Client Family, I get the opportunity to build a relationship with so many different people, which is the most joyful part of the job.  TutorPro has honestly been one of the most supportive companies that I have ever worked for, and I used to work in the military! I love what I do and I’m excited to be working alongside Nikki and Julie.”

A few words from our CEO:

We of course asked our CEO, Claire Revell, to comment on the expanding Atlanta team.

“Xavier is a gentleman with a cheeky sense of humor! He’s extremely hard-working, loves a challenge, and has built wonderful relationships with our Client Family since joining in March. I’m extremely thankful to have Xavier as part of the team. I’ve only spent a few days with Nikki and Julie, but I am honored they have joined Team TutorPro. They both bring a wealth of experience and a plethora of knowledge, and, as an advocate to all women in STEM careers, I’m extremely excited to see what the future holds with them by my side.”

Happy Fall from all of us at Team TutorPro, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving to those of you celebrating this week.
