A Decade of Client Success

Happy 10th Anniversary! We are honored to have had Ogletree Deakins as part of our Client Family for 10 years! We wanted to celebrate this milestone by sharing some insights on a couple of the challenges we’ve overcome together and wanted to share some feedback “We really enjoy working with TutorPro. Their products and services are excellent and the fact they don’t count support hours means that we can call on them whenever we need. We also love that we can be honest with them. If something isn’t as we expect, or if we need a feature changed or added, we can have an honest and open conversation with them. This really makes a difference in such a long relationship.”

LHS Solicitors Adds Value Through Learning

The LHS team undertook an extensive search for the right solution supplier. They quickly settled on the need for a feature-rich Learning Management System (LMS) to host the training. One of the key features that emerged as important was best-in-class reporting. In order for this project to be viable LHS had to be able to understand the rate of uptake of the courses and also the mastery levels of the learners taking those courses. As well as being able to supply that data to their clients, LHS had to assume the data would ultimately be passed on to their client’s members, reinforcing the need for excellent reporting.

Ice Miller LLP – Custom Assessments Drive Engagement

Ice Miller recognized the need to keep technology skills current and relevant by improving and expanding these skills in the firm. A team with representatives from HR and Technology Training was tasked to develop a technical core competency program for the firm’s legal secretaries. A second challenge was issued to the team to focus on developing people and defining learning paths to progress. Additionally, the plan had to respect the past experience of the secretaries while developing new skills.

If the firm was going to implement accountability for developing firm standards, it was critical that the secretaries be able to complete tasks using their preferred methods. That concept led the team to search for a solution that would be customizable to reflect the tools used by the firm and how work was being done at Ice Miller. This was achieved with the consultative guidance of the TutorPro team.
