Grey Matter Increases User Adoption With Live Content Studio and Athena.
Grey Matter was looking to increase user adoption of new applications. End-users were slow to use new features of Office 365 and no quality check was in place. Self-help content was lacking due to the time it took to create. What was available was reported as difficult to locate. Enter TutorPro’s Live Content Studio and Athena. Live Content Studio provides interactive training while working in a live application. Athena delivers additional help while in workflow. This was what Grey Matter needed!
Offit Kurman – Supporting Firm Goals
Many potential Client Family Members are looking to select a learning solution because they want to launch a new program or service, and to do so they need a new tool. Offit Kurman was facing a different challenge. The firm wanted to take their learning programs to the next level: enhancing the user experience, expanding the available course offerings, and preparing to meet the demands of the firm’s growth.
Ice Miller LLP – Custom Assessments Drive Engagement
Ice Miller recognized the need to keep technology skills current and relevant by improving and expanding these skills in the firm. A team with representatives from HR and Technology Training was tasked to develop a technical core competency program for the firm’s legal secretaries. A second challenge was issued to the team to focus on developing people and defining learning paths to progress. Additionally, the plan had to respect the past experience of the secretaries while developing new skills. If the firm was going to implement accountability for developing firm standards, it was critical that the secretaries be able to complete tasks using their preferred methods. That concept led the team to search for a solution that would be customizable to reflect the tools used by the firm and how work was being done at Ice Miller. This was achieved with the consultative guidance of the TutorPro team.
